Spinach Balls

I frequently took this to "food day" when working - they are always a big hit.

2 - 10 oz Frozen Spinach (thawed, chopped, drained)
2 cups - Stuffing Mix
1 cup - Parmesan Cheese
6 eggs (well beaten)
3/4 cup - Butter (softened)
Salt, Pepper and Garlic (to taste)

Mix all ingredients and mold into balls.  Freeze.  To cook:  Place balls on cookie sheet and bake 350 for 10 minutes (don't crowd).
