Cream Cheese Nibbles

1 - 8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup - Sun Dried Tomato Dressing
2 - Cloves Garlic (Sliced)
3 small sprigs - Rosemary
6 sprigs - Thyme
1 tsp - Black Peppercorns
Lemon Zest

Cube cheese into 36 pieces.  Place in a 9' pie pan - add all ingredients, toss and cover.  Refridgerate for 1 hour - 24 hours.

Serve with crackers, pita chips or bread.
